Return Policy

Your purchase may be eligible for exchange as per below criteria:

-> At Applique Textile the apparel is eligible for exchange for size related issues, within 7 days of delivery if original packaging and tags are intact & the product is not used or washed. However, Design Partner brands are not eligible for any exchanges.

-> Home category products are not eligible for returns or exchange unless the product delivered has a quality/manufacturing defect. Please do photograph the defect as soon as you open the packaging.

-> Products purchased during sale period / discounted pricing, are not eligible for returns or exchange.

-> Accessories and Jewellery are not eligible for returns or exchange.

-> Customised products or special bulk orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.

-> International orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Cancellation of the order can be done within 6 hours of booking an order. 4% Bank Charges will be deducted from the   order value while refunding the order value.

After placing an order, the customer can only cancel the order if the order state is showing as "pending" under Order History. Cancellations have to be made within (maximum) 6 Hours of placing an order. 

CANCELLATION OF ORDER BY APPLIQUE TEXTILE

 www.appliquetextile.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. In such case, 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent www.appliuetextile.com for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.
